Feel free to test our step by step pictures, video, and chatbox below to get an idea of how our classroom is set up.  During "live" class time at ToleTown, members log into a chatbox similar to this to receive personal instruction directly from the teacher!

 The Live Help Room
Double click the "Live Help" link located below on the right side of the chat box once you've logged in to chat with Lorrie Weber or Susan Kelley about any questions you may have.  If you don't see us there, we are probably close by strolling through "Town" so  just email us and we will be glad to meet you there as soon as possible.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
If you see a gray box:
1. Click on Tools (or the Tools icon) from the Command Bar at the top of the screen.
2. Select Delete Browsing History... or select Internet Options.
3. Click the Delete files... button near Temporary Internet Files
4. Click Yes when prompted to delete temporary Internet Explorer files
5. Click the Close button
6. Shutdown all open instances of your web browser and restart your computer.

If you see a red "x":
1. Clear your cache file (follow steps above)
2. Restart your computer.

Another option for the red "x" if your Windows XP recently updated
itself:
1. Click Tools.
2. Click Internet Options.
3. Click "Security".
4. Click Trusted Sites.
5. Click "sites".
6. Add www.toletown.com
7. Click "ok" to exit.
8. You might have to restart your computer.
